2018 El Segundo Rotary
Richmond Street Fair Bake-Off
Eligibility:
· All ages welcome (no age brackets)
· Baking must occur in a home kitchen (no restaurants/commercial kitchens)
· One entry per person per food type (1 cookie submission and 1 cupcake submission max per person)
Directions:
· Contestant must submit 8 identical baked items (some will be tasted by the judges and some will be on display at the Fair)
· Recipe must be included with submission
· Cupcakes will be stored in clear cupcake containers (provided by the club) – beware of height limitations on standard cupcake containers.
· Items must be dropped off between 1:30pm and 5:30pm to 315 Richmond Street El Segundo on THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 20TH
Other Information:
· The contestant names will not be viewable by the judges until after the competition has been decided
· Refrigeration (via coolers) will be provided to prevent spoiling
· Judges will be professionals in the community
· Winners will be announced at the Richmond Street Fair
· Winning items will be auctioned to the highest bidder at 1pm. Remaining items will be sold for $5/pack
· You will NOT receive your baked goods back (please consider the submission as a donation to the club)
