On 7/16/20 we welcomed guest speaker Randal Collins. Randy is the Emergency Management Coordinator for the city of El Segundo, CA. He also serves as the President and CEO for the All-Hazards Incident Management Teams Association, a position he has held since 2012 and is a charter board member. He spoke with our club about his role in Emergency Management amidst the Covid pandemic and how it effects our El Segundo community.
